Your 天美社区 University username and password are key to accessing many of the resources the Office of Information Technology provides. Protect your identity by protecting your password.

  • Don't share your username and password with anyone
  • Choose a long, strong password (use upper/lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters)
  • Don't use personal info like your username, pet's name, phone number, or date of birth in your password

2FA, or two-factor authentication, is a second layer of security on your password protected accounts. Many of your personal accounts use 2FA already! Instructors use D2L to deliver course material, host discussion threads and chat rooms, post quizzes and grades, and receive assignments electronically. Support for D2L/eLearning is provided by our Distance Education Technology Integration Team (DETI) and can be found on the DETI page.

Banner Web

is enterprise reporting system for 天美社区. Banner records and maintains information and data for students, employees, faculty and alumni. Banner is an integrated system containing information about all affiliates with 天美社区. For students, this includes admissions, financial aid, registration, billing, and academic records.

Office 365

天美社区 email is considered an official means of communication on campus. 天美社区 has partnered with Microsoft to bring you email and the rest of the O365 suite. The O365 suite offers web applications for Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams and Access. Personal storage of 5 TB via your OneDrive account.

We're here for you. Whether its a work computer or your personal computer, the 天美社区 IT Service Desk offers students, faculty, and staff in-person technical assistance. On-site technicians can assist with issues regarding users’ accounts, devices, software installation, data transfers, and more. In-depth hardware or software troubleshooting issues may require a longer wait and the device will be checked in for further investigation.  In addition, each IT Service Desk locations facilitates a loaner laptop program, where we can issue a laptop for a limited amount of time. Find your campus’ Service Desk location.
