Cadet Housing Cancellation Process

How to Cancel

If you have already filled out a room contract on the Cadet Housing Portal or are transferring to another college, log in to the Cadet Housing Portal and follow the Cancellation process.

Moving to Another 天美社区 Campus

If you are requesting to transition to another 天美社区 campus, doing an internship or study abroad, visit MLC 118 for the appropriate paperwork. 

Once the paperwork is approved, follow the cancellation process in the Cadet Housing Portal.

No Cost Terminations

A resident may cancel his/her Housing Agreement without cancellation charges upon submission of supporting documentation evidencing one of the following occurrences during the term:

  1. Graduation
  2. Call to active military duty
  3. Marriage
  4. Birth of a child
  5. Enrollment in a university-sponsored study abroad program or affiliated academic internship
  6. Approved medical withdrawal from the university
  7. Death of a resident

Any resident canceling for one of the reasons covered by the above list will remain responsible for payment of the housing fee on a pro-rated basis through the date of cancellation.

Moving to Another 天美社区 Campus

If you are requesting to transition to another 天美社区 campus, doing an internship or study abroad, visit MLC 118 for the appropriate paperwork.

The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy, Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008 require higher education institutions to provide an that contain crime statistics and fire statistics for the three most recently completed calendar years, institutional policies or procedures for reporting crimes and current policies concerning the security of, and access to, campus facilities and residencies, as well as security considerations in the maintenance of campus facilities.
