The Employee Relations department serves the university community by promoting mutual respect, encouraging a positive work environment, and assisting in the resolution of workplace issues through neutral, proactive intervention.

We educate, coach, and guide employees, administrators, managers, and supervisors on a variety of employee relations practices and approaches to problem solving.
